Terms of Purchase, Business Class

TERMS OF PURCHASE

To the extent you purchase a Business Class course from Business Class, (the “Course Program”), these Terms of Purchase will apply. Course Program will include the content and materials provided by us in connection with the Course Program. Unless otherwise expressly defined below, the capitalized terms used herein have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Service . These Terms of Purchase do not limit the Terms of Service and are in addition thereto, and in the event of a conflict between the Terms of Service and these Terms of Purchase, these Terms of Purchase will control. By purchasing access to Course Program, you hereby agree to these Terms of Purchase and the Terms of Service.

1.1 Enrollment and Fees. To enroll in the Course Program, you must complete checkout and pay the total fee, either in full or through the available payment plan. Enrollment is available year-round, and access to the Course materials is granted immediately after your payment is processed. Because the Course is self-paced, there are no fixed start or end dates, and you may move through the content at your own pace. The current fee for the Course is USD $495 if paid in full or USD $185 per month for three months (totaling USD $555) if paid through the three-month payment plan. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice; however, any pricing updates will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

1.2 Payment. “Payment Method” refers to a current, valid, and accepted form of payment, which may be updated from time to time and may include payment processed through your account by a third party. All fees are payable in U.S. Dollars, and you are solely responsible for any currency conversion costs or exchange-rate fluctuations. By completing a purchase, you authorize Business Class to charge your selected Payment Method for the full amount due and agree to pay any resulting charges, including any applicable taxes other than U.S. taxes based on Business Class’s net income. If you wish to dispute a charge, you must notify Business Class in writing within thirty (30) days of the charge date; failure to do so constitutes a waiver of all such claims. If a payment cannot be processed—due to expiration, insufficient funds, or any other reason—and your User Account remains active, Business Class may suspend or revoke your access to the Course and the Service until payment is successfully received. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply additional fees, such as foreign transaction or processing fees, for which you are solely responsible.

If Business Class offers a payment plan (the “Payment Plan”), you may elect to pay the total fee in installments under the terms provided at checkout. By choosing the Payment Plan, you authorize Business Class to charge your Payment Method for each installment on or about the same day of each billing cycle until the total amount owed is paid in full. For example, if you select the three-payment plan, you authorize an initial charge of USD $185 at enrollment, followed by two (2) monthly charges of USD $185, for a total payment of USD $555. Business Class reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course Program if any installment is missed. If payment remains outstanding for more than seven (7) days, your User Account and access rights will be revoked. The Course Program is a one-time purchase and not a subscription service; it cannot be canceled or paid in part, and partial payments do not entitle you to partial access or use of specific components of the Course Program.

1.3 Payment Service Provider Terms. Payments for the Course are securely processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, PayPal, and Google Pay, via Kajabi’s checkout system. By completing your purchase, you authorize Business Class and these payment providers to process your payment and you agree to be bound by their respective service agreements, such as the Stripe Services Agreement and PayPal User Agreement. Business Class does not store your full credit card or banking details and is not responsible for any errors, fees, or service interruptions caused by these third-party providers.

1.4 Representations and Warranties. By purchasing and accessing the Course Program, you represent and warrant that: (i) the account, order, and Payment Method information you provide to Business Class or its payment processors is true, complete, and accurate; (ii) you are duly authorized to use the selected Payment Method; (iii) all charges incurred by you will be honored by your Payment Method provider; (iv) you agree to pay all amounts due at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes; (v) you will not share, sell, or transfer your Course Program access, password, or materials to any other person; and (vi) you will promptly notify Business Class of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You further agree that you will use the Course solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws..

1.5 Notice of Change. If any of your account information, order details, or Payment Method data changes, you agree to update this information promptly so that Business Class or its payment processors can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Failure to maintain accurate and current information may result in suspension or loss of access to the Course Program. Business Class is not liable for any failed payments, declined transactions, or unauthorized charges that occur due to outdated or inaccurate account information. You are also responsible for ensuring that your email address on file is valid so that we can send you service-related communications, including updates about your Course Program access or billing status.

1.6 Refund Policy. Because the Course Program provides instant digital access upon purchase, all sales are considered final except where otherwise required by law. However, as a courtesy, Business Class offers a limited refund window for new students. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request in writing to crew@businessclass.co within seven (7) days of purchase, as determined by our learning platform records. Refund requests received after seven (7) days will not be eligible under any circumstances. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original Payment Method used at checkout. Beyond this limited refund policy, your enrollment is non-cancellable and non-transferable. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be granted for unused access, missed modules, or lack of participation.
